One of the most powerful functions of HR, when done efficiently and passionately, is that of HR mobility: helping employees traverse across different roles in a company to help them learn, grow, and adapt better. In the big picture, it spells greater organisational resilience as personnel gain a wider perspective of how they can best serve and get empowered as an employee. Thus, the Talent Mobility category of the HR Ecosystem Awards will unveil the leading platform that supports HR in this crucial role of helping employees get the most out of their life cycle within the company and contributing to larger business objectives.
The board of judges will evaluate entries based on streamlined relocation support, integrating the partner or solution’s proficiency in providing HR with comprehensive assistance to help them support the various transitions that employees may undergo within the organisation, or even geographical relocation such as moving to a different country and adapting to a new culture. The finalists and eventual winner will stand as a testament to how HR technology is aiding teams across Southeast Asia in looking out for employee wellbeing, engagement, and productivity altogether through careful attention to and strategic planning in the area of talent mobility.
Key Assessment Criteria:
Judges evaluating the finalists and selecting the ultimate winners will focus on two key criteria that define excellence in talent mobility:
- Criteria #1 – Streamlined Relocation Support: The partner or solution’s proficiency in offering comprehensive assistance and support for employee relocation and talent mobility, minimising disruptions and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Criteria #2 (Optional) – Destination Services: The partner or solution’s ability to provide destination services to employees during relocation, helping them settle into new locations and adapt to cultural differences.
