HR Ecosystem Awards: Meetings and entertainment category

Staff events, whether for upskilling, networking, or even as incentives, are a major component of employer branding. They make a huge difference in allowing employees to feel valued and even attract new talents’ curiosity about working for a company. The HR Ecosystem Awards’ Meetings and Entertainment category will honour consultancies and organisations that specialise in creating valuable experiences and event programs for HR to send employees. As travel, tourism, and events in Southeast Asia bounce back from the pandemic, this is a thriving area with limitless potential for staff development and incentives.

The Meetings and Entertainment category is an opportunity for the greater HR community to discover and be familiarised with truly enriching and engaging staff events available among service providers. The search is on for high value and sustainable impact—where HR and employees will be able to incorporate their experiences in day-to-day workflows for business productivity. At the end, our finalists and eventual winner will be those who display indubitable excellence and clear attention to client organisations’ needs to create ideal staff events.

Key Assessment Criteria:

Judges evaluating the finalists and selecting the ultimate winners will focus on two key criteria that define excellence in meetings and entertainment:

  • Criteria #1 – Enriching Meetings and Staff Engagement: The partner or solution’s capacity to enhance and add value to their client’s meetings and staff engagement events, ensuring memorable and impactful experiences for participants.
  • Criteria #2 – Diverse Options and Customised Programs: The partner or solution’s ability to provide a wide array of options for meetings and entertainment activities, and where appropriate, offer bespoke programs tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each individual client, creating personalised and exceptional events.


The Essential Guide to Nominating: Meetings and entertainment

Nominations are open for:

  • Organisations and Teams in:
    • Southeast Asia


Nominees need to answer the ff: (suggested responses of 20-250 words each):

  • Ability of the partner or solution to enrich and add value to their client’s meetings and staff engagement events.
  • Ability of the partner or solution to offer a variety of options, and/or bespoke programmes based on each individual client’s circumstances. (optional)


Nominees are also able to provide digital files, images, or video in support of their answers.

Other details required:

  • Name and contact details of the person nominating
  • Type of nomination (Partner, Solution, Both)
